If your practice management system is server based, an installation is required for the integration connection with Trupanion's vet portal. For optimum performance, verify that your system meets or exceeds the recommended specifications below.
These recommendations are the minimum required to ensure that the portal operates efficiently without impact to other applications. Depending on the software and services installed on your system, you may need more than the minimum recommendations. Contact your IT professional for further guidance.
Network Requirements
An active, high speed internet connection with a supported browser (see below) is required.
Practice Management System Compatibility
Trupanion’s vet portal is integrated with the following practice management systems:
AVImark (server based)
Cornerstone (server based)
ImproMed (server based)
IntraVet (server based)
Vetspire (cloud)
DaySmart Vet (cloud)
WOOFware (cloud)
Multi-site or shared database functionality is generally supported, however, each practice management system varies in how it records location per data type and may not allow for data filtering within Trupanion’s portal.
Browser Compatibility
Trupanion’s vet portal can be accessed from any of your workstations or devices using the newest version of one of the following browsers (not beta/developer versions):

For server based practice management systems, the installation must be completed on the database server. The server must be Windows based and running one of the following operating systems:
Windows Server 2016
Windows Server 2012 or 2012 R2
Windows 10
Windows 8/8.1

For server based practice management systems, the following hardware minimums are required:
Processor: Intel Core or higher
Memory: 8 GB
