From the Log In Screen
If you're on the log in screen and have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password to have a password reset email sent to the hospital email address.
Enter your Hospital ID and click Send.
You'll receive confirmation that an email was sent.
From the Hospital Menu
If you're logged in and have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password from the hospital menu to have a password reset email sent to the hospital email address.
You'll receive confirmation that an email was sent.
